CIS 2520 - Windows Directory Services Administration

This course will help support skills and knowledge necessary to administer a Windows Server 2012 Infrastructure in an enterprise environment. Successfully plan, implement and troubleshoot a Microsoft Windows Active Directory infrastructure. The course focuses on a Windows directory service environment, including forest and domain structure, Domain Name System, site topology and replication, trusts, organizational unit structure and delegation of administration, Group Policy and user, group and computer account strategies; it includes such skills as fault tolerance, certificate services, and identity federation. The syllabus is included in the course and contains the course objectives, student learning outcomes, list of assignments and names of the course textbooks.
