Southeast Community College will leverage the work of previous round one and two TAACCCT awardees by adapting Geospatial Technology and Precision Agriculture curriculum for conventional, hybrid, and online delivery to the regions TAA-eligible, veteran, and other unemployed or underemployed candidates. Geospatial technology is used in a growing number of industries and occupations, such as agriculture, land surveying, city/county planning, law enforcement, and public health. InternNE, an office of the Nebraska Department of Economic Development, will also assist the Project in developing subsidized internships for program participants.
