Cardio-Respiratory Arrest Simulation

This for-credit simulation prepares LPN-to-RPN nursing students to recognize and respond effectively to emergency situations. Students will be able to define their own role and that of other healthcare team members in a code situation; become familiarized with code procedures so that they can react in a timely and effective manner in an emergency; learn the procedures, guidelines and equipment used in code situations; effective measures to reduce common medication errors; and regularly use appropriate documentation procedures.
