Quantifying the Dose

This contextualized curriculum module was developed by EDC in collaboration with industry partners, community college faculty and MCCWDTA project leadership. The module focuses on mathematical conversions and includes a healthcare scenario based on the role of a clinical medical assistant in an urgent care facility. In addition to the scenario, the module includes the relevant Common Core and ABE standards; core instructional context related to teaching those standards; sample contextualized learning activities; sample contextualized test items; sample projects; and extension resources. The module is one of 36 contextualized curriculum modules developed by EDC for the MCCWDTA project.
