RVCC's GRWDP will establish a career pathways program by developing ten up-to-two-year
WDPs that will provide industry-specific post-secondary credentialing opportunities in Somerset and Hunterdon. We will roll out WDPs in phases, launching with HVAC and automotive programs and adding new ones throughout the 36 month initiative. We will use DACUM – a proven curriculum development process used for over 40 years on six continents – to engage employers in an industry analysis and uniquely use expert workers to determine curriculum.
