This is the MoHealthWINs final outcomes impact evaluation report submitted on 9.25.2015 as a grant mandate. The report is a companion piece to the final MoHealthWINs Implementation Evaluation Report. This particular report provides detailed and extensive data associated with the DOL required metrics, including a comparison of outcomes to performance targets outlined with the grant scope of work.
