CIT527 (Programming for Android I)
This course will provide a basic overview of the mobile application landscape in terms of Android devices, development, and operating system. Content development for mobile applications and the influence interface design has on the user experience will be a focus. Students will acquire technology skills to develop their own applications using open source software. Students will test and debug these applications on in a virtual lab and learn how to test and debug on Android Devices. Students will also be exposed to beginning concepts of JAVA programming.
