Computed Tomography (CT)
The State Fair Community College CT training program consists of five courses developed to introduce students to basic CT information, enhance technologist_s current CT knowledge, and help each person prepare for the ARRT CT registry. The CT classes were developed to be completed in succession or individually based on the student_s prior knowledge level. The student may choose how many and which classes he/she would like to complete. Students are not required to complete all five classes.
All classes are offered online, with the exception of CT Clinical Education, which is completed in the clinical setting (hospital/clinic/imaging center). Requirements for enrollment into the CT courses: applicant must be a registered radiologic technologist or a second year radiography student in good academic standing.
