The Program Map aligns introductory, reinforcement, and mastery of program-level student learning outcomes with required courses. The foundational principles of IT technical support including client operating system and application software, troubleshooting, problem diagnosis and resolution, hardware and software installation, and network/computer security are taught with HIPPA compliance issues, code of conduct policies and best practices for storing, securing and backing up mission-critical data. Students completing this program are prepared for the CompTIA Security+ and Healthcare IT Technician certification exams.
