This article provides an overview of Lakeland Community College’s success in leveraging their Industrial Welding Advisory Committee to advance and grow the program to align with current and future work force needs. Featured are three Advisory Committee members who have guided the development of Curriculum. Participated in Employer Panels and facilitated the donation of materials and equipment among other efforts.
