Electrical Discharge Machining

This content is designed to introduce the learner to electric discharge machining. Electrical Discharge Machining or EDM is a type of machining that uses electricity to erode material away from a part. EDM is considered a non-traditional machining method, meaning the material does not come off with a traditional chip, like it would with milling or turning. This course is designed to be used in parallel with the instruction of a subject matter expert.
