Food Processing Technology Associates Degree
The attached documents outline the Associates of Applied Science Degrees coursework (60-64 credits), as approved by the College of Southern Idaho and Idaho State Professional Technical Association. Upon completion of the Associates Degree in Food Processing Technology students will have advanced/applied knowledge of: Scientific and technological concepts related to food processing.
