NRC Employment Results Scorecard Continuous Improvement Plan

This scorecard plan meets this requirement for the Northeast Resiliency Consortium (NRC). As required, the plan includes a survey of data systems in each state involved in the NRC, including the prospect for accessing Unemployment Insurance (UI) earnings data. It also explores options for obtaining and sharing data on student outcomes in each consortium state, discusses plans to use data for continuous improvement, and includes estimates of the cost of implementing the plan. Beyond these required elements, the NRC colleges see the scorecard planning effort as an opportunity to explore strategies that will help them respond effectively to the need for more and better information on the labor market outcomes of their graduates and completers. The following tasks were envisioned for the development of the scorecard plan: (1) initial planning and research; (2) workgroup formation; (3) data assessment for college educational outcomes; (4) data assessment for employment and earnings outcomes; (5) scorecard development strategy; (6) continuous improvement model; and (7) draft and final plans.
