If it was determined that the deliverable contained substantive educational content, the deliverable was sent to a third-party subject matter expert for review. A party external to TRAC-7 coordinated this review process. The third-party subject matter experts were identified by the third-party review coordinator as experts in assessing curriculum. The third-party subject matter experts had academic experience in curriculum, assessment, and instruction and primarily consisted of university faculty and administrative staff. Rubrics were chosen by the third-party review coordinator for applicability to the given deliverables. Reviews were conducted by the third-party subject matter experts and sent to the third-party review coordinator, who provided the feedback to grant management. The site coordinators were given the reviewers’ comments from grant management, and had the opportunity to revise deliverables before final submission. The chief academic officers from the consortium institutions certified the deliverables. Grant management uploaded the deliverables to the TAACCCT Repository.
