Plastics Capstone/Internship

C. This course provides the student the experience of working in a real time plastics facility for the purpose of gaining practical hands-on experience in plastics products production. Students will construct plastic projects from development to completion. This major student project will be based on utilizing recycled plastics. The focus of the course is bringing environmental awareness in the plastics production industry. The course will be completed after attempted completion and demonstration of courses in the program plan. A strict focus on safety, self-development, and critical thinking components are embedded into the course.
