BTC Nursing Simulation Lab Manual

This manual was created for the Building Nursing Pathways project at Bellingham Technical College and presents how the BTC Simulation Lab provides a realistic, effective, and efficient learning environment for nursing students. Specifically, this manual emphasizes how BTC aims to replicate essential aspects of a clinical situation so that similar situations may be understood and managed in the clinical setting. It details how to conduct a safe learning environment conducive to developing critical thinking, clinical reasoning, and clinical judgment skills. Ultimately, this is a reference manual for present and future students and faculty.
