ASME/ANDE NDE Qual Cards

The ANDE-1 Standard provides requirements for a “Central Qualification and Certification Program” conducted by a Third-Party Certification Organization (Certification Body) for Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) and Quality Control (QC) personnel and uses both performance-based and prescriptive requirements that serve as the program core for these activities. The ANDE Certification Program will provide transportable recognized credentials for the nuclear industry (in-service and new construction) with certification addressing NDE Level I, Level II, and Level III and QC Level II and Level III personnel. The NDE Qual Cards and Job Task Analyses were created through grant funds so that training facilities and/or individuals would know what to prepare for in seeking certification.
