College Preparation Workshops

These workshops cover college preparedness topics. The participants will learn steps on how to apply for college admission, apply for financial aid, and be a successful college student. Workshop discussions will include note and test taking tips, stress management, Holmes and Rahe stress scale, and communication skills.
