Faculty Survey to Assess Student Performance

This questionnaire was administered to HSSC faculty every semester to assess the effect of simulation learning on students in individual programs of study. Faculty were asked to complete the questionnaire for EACH cohort of students they instructed that participated in Simulation Education. A third party review follows the survey.
