Northeast Resiliency Consortium Resiliency Competency Model- Development & Mapping Resources

The Northeast Resiliency Consortium (NRC) developed the NRC Resiliency Competency Model as a way to embed resiliency into coursework across seven community colleges in the Northeast region of the United States. The resources in this collection include both development and mapping materials related to the NRC Resiliency Competency Model. Resources utilized during the development and creation of the NRC Resiliency Competency Model include: (1) general steps for development of NRC resiliency competency model; (2) development timeline; (3) survey sampling & method protocol; and (4) testing of model & results from webinar survey sample. Resources utilized for mapping and embedding the NRC Resiliency Competency Model into course curriculum for instructors/staff (for resiliency pilot) include: (1) curriculum alignment table and instructions; (2) instructor protocol; (3) review method for inclusion in pilot; (4) instructor feedback; (5) pre-course assessment; (6) post-course assessment; and (7) student grades form.
