This course expands on information covered in RTE 261 and provides in-depth knowledge of MRI pulse sequences, data manipulation, artifacts and quality control. The objectives of this course are to: 1. Identify and discuss MRI pulse sequences 2. Demonstrate knowledge on how the MRI subsystems are manipulating the data to form images. 3. Identify artifacts by their cause and appearance and discuss how to fix them. 4. Identify and discuss various quality control factors. The following lessons are included in this course: Data Manipulation, Artifacts, Pulse Sequence Animations and Review, Quality Control. These files are SCORM packages and can be easily uploaded to your Learning Management System (LMS), such as Blackboard or Desire2Learn. If you want to view or use the files without an LMS, download the files to your computer, extract (unzip) the file, open the extracted folder, and click to open the story.html file.
