CHEO Institution Case Studies: Coaching Highlights-Career Coach Professional Development Workshop March 5, 2015-MP3 Audio

As part of the CHEO project, Rutgers University, the third party evaluator, prepared case studies for each of the institutions participating in the Consortium for Healthcare Education Online (CHEO) project. The report included information about the services provided through the career coaches. Suzanne Michaels discussed highlights in this report related to this career coaching activity and how these services made a difference for students and the CHEO allied health program. Suzanne Michael, senior research analyst, School of Management and Labor Relations Education and Employment Research Center, Rutgers University (NJ), presented this information to career coaches working on the Consortium for Healthcare Education Online project at the CHEO Career Coaches Professional Development Workshop - Hitting the Mark: Employer & Workforce Engagement, Student Recruitment, and Job Placement on March 5, 2015. The event was hosted by the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE) and was held at its SHEPC Learning Center in Boulder, CO. The CHEO project is funded by a U.S. Department of Labor Trade Adjustment Assistance Community College and Career Training (TAACCCT) grant.
