BLAW 200-Legal Environment of Business

This course introduces fundamental principles of law as applied to ordinary business relationships, sources of business law, the essential elements of a contract, the agency and employment relationships, negotiable instruments, bailments, personal property, and the sale of personal property. Emphasis is placed on the Uniform Commercial Code.
