Tribal College Consortium for Developing North Dakota Workforce (TCC DeMaND Workforce)

The project is a consortium of Tribal Colleges that intends to pool expertise and resources towards meeting critical needs in Indian Country while addressing the challenges of unemployment and trade impacted workers. Strategies implemented by the project are based on research and best-practices for career and technical education. The project is guided by community partners and employers with a vested interest in this population. The project employs a culturally relevant assessment and evaluation system based on widely accepted methods for data collection and analysis used by over 2000 public and private entities such as the IRS, Harvard, BMW, and AT&T.
