Mentoring for Success (MFS) Program
Mentoring for Success workshops (6 workshops, 1.5 hours each, given over a few month period to overlap with the placement/hiring and training of a new intern/employee). The workshops have been developed for internship mentors or employers to address such topics as successfully interviewing, selecting, and on-boarding new intern/employees, working with new intern/employees from diverse backgrounds, and aligning goals and expectations to achieve mutually beneficial working relationships with new
