The Northern Virginia Community Colleges Credentials to Careers program is a nationwide, multi-state consortium comprised of seven leading community colleges and their strategic partners. The aim is to increase attainment of credentials through curriculum re-design and technologies that ultimately lead to successfully preparing trade impacted workers for fast-growing STEM occupational clusters. Its three primary objectives are: 1) to develop the capacity of participating community colleges to develop STEM educational and training programs for TAA eligible workers; 2) enhance, expand, and replicate best-in-class practices, and 3) serve as the catalyst for innovation and economic growth in the regions and beyond.
