Learn, Work, Earn

The Minnesota Advanced Manufacturing partnership consortium is a Learn, Work, Earn initiative, which is comprised of thirteen institutions. The partners merged to implement a restructured academic framework in advanced manufacturing that emphasizes a standardized core and employer-driven apprenticeships and cooperative education opportunities. The MNAMP is designed to create occupations in industry-recognized credentials for Trade Adjustment Assistance eligible and other adult learners seeking employment in high-growth, high-wage career pathways. The program propose to train 3,049 who will be eligible to earn stackable and/or portable industry-recognized credentials while receiving on the job training and possibly transfer to academic programs.
