Center for Industry Research & Workforce Alignment (CIRWA)

Based on the California Centers of Excellence model, Delaware’s Center for Industry Research & Workforce Alignment (CIRWA) is a future-focused, labor-market research and analysis center aimed at identifying evolving change within an industry and assessing the impact on educational programs and the available workforce within the region. CIRWA is expanding Delaware's capacity to foresee labor market changes and niche opportunities, enabling it to make proactive, strategic decisions in economic development and workforce education ahead of the curve. CIRWA's deliverables include a toolkit of materials and documents that a college interested in replicating the Center would need, such as a start-up guide, framing documents, work samples, finished projects, and tools and templates.
