Massachusetts Community College and Workforce Development Transformation Agenda (MCCWDTA)

The proposed project, MACCWDTA, is not just another initiative. Rather, it is about fundamentally changing the way that community colleges in Massachusetts interact with each other, the workforce development system, public agencies, leading industry groups, leaders of government and private businesses to transform the delivery of education and training programs for workers who are eligible under the Trade Adjustment Assistance Act (TAA) and other customers. MACCWDTA is about innovation, collaboration, integration and systems change, and will build statewide capacity to deliver high quality education and training programs that lead to attainment of credentials and employment among the target population.
