This project is responding to Priority #2, improving retention and achievement and reducing time to completion. The project will implement innovative and new strategies that are supported by research and reasonable hypotheses discussed in this section. Ivy Tech's strategies to achieve Priority #2 include elements of other priorities described in the TAACCCT initiative, such as #1 accelerating progress and mitigating separate programs of remediation and developmental education and #3 building programs that meet industry needs through strong and ongoing partnerships with employers
