Jefferson Technical Community College - Accelerating Opportunities (AO)

The Kentucky TAACCCT Consortium proposal will create a unified, comprehensive intake model for TAA and adult workers that will e scaled statewide. Building on promising strategies the state has experienced with the Breaking Through model, this comprehensive intake model will provide student services for adults that are customized to their needs using a Student Success Coach and an Intrusive Advising model. Students will build on a National Career Readiness Certificate and enter an educatinal pathway that uses a flexible scheduling in a cohort model to improve persistence and reduce time to completion.
