ELTR 2560 - Power Electronics Theory

This is an introductory power electronics course. The cornerstone of this class is the lab where students wire electronic circuits that are similar to those they may encounter in industry. Our college has an extensive lab including “pre-built” lab equipment (LabVolt) and breadboard wiring of individual components. The academic side of the course, where students learn terminology and theory is important, however it is in the lab where real competence is gained.
