These rubrics provide guidance for issuing the Communication series of Employability Skills Digital Badges to students: directions, notes for evaluators, notes for employers, rating scale, scoring standard, and scoring guide. The Communication series of digital badges include: Basic Communication-Knowledge, Listen-Skill, Read-Skills, Speak-Skill, Write-Skill, and Communication-Ability.
