Creating and Scaling-Up Learning Communities Programs

Learning Communities enable students to take two or more courses together in a collaborative environment. Linked by faculty around common themes or content, these courses fulfill degree requirements, and students benefit by making important connections between courses. Delaware Tech's deliverables for this project include the leadership and organizational framework for creating and scaling up Learning Communities programs. Included in the framework is a Summer Institute for educating and assisting faculty in developing their own Learning Communities.
