This course will give students a real, live work environment to perfect their skills in flow cell methodology. Students will learn the impact of customer/supplier roles, value stream mapping, and project management. Using a live production environment, students will learn how to implement continuous improvement and other lean and six sigma ideologies with a systematic approach. Students will also observe and practice a safe work environment.
