This course is designed to teach students the behaviors expected of them upon entry into the organizational manufacturing world. Students will first learn how to be an effective high performance team member. This course also provides students the tools for the effective leadership, communication, and motivational skills necessary to lead groups in a manufacturing environment. The course will instruct students how to develop themselves, how to work well in high performance teams, and to how manage interpersonal and group dynamics. Students will also learn how to resolve conflict and manage change.
