Topics Include: Functions of HR , Legalities of EEO, EEO Compliance, Creating Jobs, Staffing-A Human Resource Function, Help Wanted, Making the Cut, Induction Program , The Managerial Path , Advancement: What Does It Take?, Measuring Performance, More Than Money, Compensation, Incentives to Perform, Benefits of Employment , A Safe Work Environment, Managing Employees, Unions, and Bargaining for Fairness.
Materials include interactive lessons, quizzes, discussion questions, and a final exam. The lessons, quizzes, and final exam are in zipped files that can be imported to an LMS as SCORM Content or opened (If viewing without uploading to an LMS- unzip the file, and click story_html5.html).
