EPIC Internet Location Resource
The EPIC Consortium recognized that lack of reliable internet access, especially in the eastern portion of the state, can be a barrier to distance education. Each EPIC consortium college was tasked with gathering information about the resources available in their own areas and compiling a listing of locations, noting whether computers were available or the student should bring their own device to access WiFi.
