Syllabus: This course is designed to prepare students for the National Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam. The course covers the major areas of focus for the national exam: assisting the pharmacist in serving patients, maintaining medication and inventory control systems, and participating in the administration and management of pharmacy practice. The course will also cover test taking techniques and strategies for success on the national exam. Lecture: 1 hour per week
