Micro Computer, Customer Service Representative and Mobile Applications - Kirkwood Community College

The Customer Service Professional Certificate program is designed to prepare students for customer service roles with an emphasis on our Industry Partner businesses and positions. The Instructors will use facilitation, review techniques, role-play situations, and skills practice to ensure learning is transferring and students are being set up for success. Introduces a variety of PC-based operating systems including DOS, Windows, UNIX and LINUX. Reviews the respective strengths of operating environments, along with the approaches used in providing systems management and software development support capabilities.
