KanTRAIN Model for Rapid Response to Rural Communities to Meet the Needs of Targeted Groups such as TAA Eligible Participants, Veterans and Unemployed
This document explains how KanTRAIN sought to expand access to workforce services to residents in rural Kansas communities, including those that were in need of rapid response due to plant closings and Veterans and Service Members transitioning from the military to civilian careers, in addition to the needs of unemployed adults.
