Nurse Aide

HLCR 125 NURSE AIDE (5 credit hours). Upon successful completion of this class, the student will meet all federal certification standards for both Home Health Aide and Nurse Aide and be prepared to sit for the Nurse Aide Certification Evaluation Service. Included are basic principles related to body systems, rehabilitation needs, personal care skills, safety and the special needs of families, children and the elderly. Four lecture hours, two lab hours.
