CDL Learner's Permit KCDL

This course is designed to help those students who wish to get a commercial driver license and English is not their native language. There have been new rule changes that now require limited English speaking drivers to be able to converse in English well enough to carry on a conversation, fill out reports and records accurately, and navigate through the highway system safely.
