The Customer Service Representative Certificate is a 45 credit program designed to strengthen the customer service skills of professionals in any industry and at any level of the organization. This certificate includes one English course, one Communications course, three Business Technologies courses, and four Business Management courses. These nine courses are designed to prepare students for the workplace, and to deliver better oral and written communication skills; knowledge of business technologies; and understanding of business impact.
