Career Pathways and Contextualized Learning in Workforce Development and Lifelong Learning

While UDC-CC is already active in both the healthcare and hospitality sectors, UDC-CC used funding from the Trade Adjustment Assistance and Community College and Career Training (TAACCCT) Round 4 grant to focus on the expansion of its existing programs to prepare students and workers for high-growth entry and mid-level positions to meet employer needs. The programs developed as a result of this grant incorporated evidence-based strategies in contextualized learning for the healthcare and hospitality sectors.
