A lesson plan, both student handout and faculty guide, that is used to practice aspects of client assessment in a home visiting simulation for community health workers using our state-of-the-art simulation lab in our Center for Health Education. There is also a related document that further describes procedures for this lesson, the technology we access in our lab, and the specific brand, model, and name of the human simulator we use.
