Idaho Center of Excellence Healthcare Partnership

The Idaho Center of Excellence Healthcare Partnership is a consortium comprised of Lewis-Clark State College, Idaho State University, and North Idaho College collaborating together to train the most skilled healthcare professionals in Idaho. The three-year goal of this initiative, with North Idaho College as the lead institution, is to prepare individuals to enter Idaho’s healthcare workforce and secure Idaho as the leader in healthcare training and education. The project is a $6.4 million grant, 100% funded by the US Department of Labor, to expand and improve our ability to deliver education and career training programs that can be completed in two years or less, are suited for workers who are eligible for training under the Trade Adjustment Assistance for Workers, program and prepare program participants for employment in high-wage, high-skilled occupations in the healthcare industry.
