MCC Guide for TAACCCT

This TAACCCT GUIDE is created for the Mississippi Corridor Consortium (MCC) to use to assist the colleges to implement the US Department of Labor funded Trade Adjustment Act Community College and Career Training (TAACCCT) grant. It enables the MCC to ensure successful implementation of the purposes and principles of the TAACCCT program that align with the USDOL Core Monitoring Guide. The Guide follows the outline of the USDOL Core Monitoring Guide and addresses the method in which the MCC will implement the particular activity. The guide also provides a review platform for contracts issued under the grant. The MCC was granted funds to develop the Career Accelerated Pathway in Advanced Manufacturing (CAP) and measure the progress and outcomes of the project. Because of the grant emphasis on evaluation, the CAP project includes a detailed evaluation methodology. The Manual will be in effect for the duration of the grant.
