Emergency Medical Dispatcher - Workplace Learning Experience

These collection of documents includes a Workplace Learning Experience Questioner, Journal pages, a Student Interview Attestation form, a Time sheet form and a Workplace Learning Survey. The WBL Questioner made easier to determined Workplace Learning Experience placement for students, base on the information provided. This first-hand information of students’ availability provided through the WBL Questioner determined the eligibility to continue with the process. Once students were place in site for the Workplace Learning Experience, documents such as Time sheets, journal pages and site surveys allowed the evaluation and documentation of the students’ performance on the internship site.
