Connecticut Advanced Manufacturing Initiative - Annual Training Series

Attached are the PowerPoint files for 2015, 2016, and 2017 annual grant training for subrecipients. Each annual training has a section for fiscal and programmatic management. Topics tended to be things we needed to improve, raised a lot of questions, or prepared colleges for future work/expectations (e.g. sustainability planning, records retention, equipment management, etc.). On the day of training, both programmatic and finance staff were required to attend.
